Deepened my understanding of my business finances, so I felt confident enough to take the reins and manage them myself

Streamlined the client intake process, leading to better tutoring matches for my team members

Identified the most valuable offerings for our students so we could more efficiently deliver our best products and services

Created a survey and feedback session with each employee, which improved relationships and communication throughout the business

Evaluated cash flow and P&L to determine raises and incentives, and determine how best to retain them for the next season

Learned new ways to connect with my customers

But my business wasn’t the only thing that grew during my time with Slam.
